Stock Levels: We keep a growing list of ukuleles and accessories in stock. Some items will need to be ordered from distributors which adds 5-7 days to our handling time because we like to inspect, setup and test the intonation .* Feel free to get in touch with us if you need assistance with stock.
Shipping: During checkout, shipping is calculated by Australia Post. While we do our best to estimate postage costs, if there is a significant difference in the actual postage cost we will contact you (Yes, even if the postage is cheaper than anticipated).
You also have the option of collecting your items. Unless otherwise stated in the item description the cost of shipping is the buyers responsibility.
Any customs, duty or other costs associated with importing goods is not our responsibility. Please research this information before purchasing.
Returns: Returns are only accepted in limited circumstances and customers must contact us for an Return Authority number. If you have any issues, simply contact us and we’ll try to help you out.
